Cafe La Colorada is a high altitude coffee, grown at 1880 metres above sea level. It is an ecological coffee, harvested and processed in a traditional way, dried by sun and toasted in small 5k batches. It is an arabica coffee, with a blend of three varieties: cater, topic and yellow bourbon. It is a medium toast with a good level of acidity. A pronounced floral and chocolate aroma paired with a velvety body makes this coffee a delight to drink. Perfect for a French press, traditional coffee maker or an electric coffee maker.
