Located between Rwanda and Kenya mountains around Lake Kivu in Congo. Lake Kivu is one of the largest lakes in Africa. It is located on the border between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo in the African part of the Great Rift Valley. The area provides ideal climate and fertile mineral-rich black soil to cultivate extraordinary coffee beans.
This lot comes from SOPACDI Coop (Solidarite Paysanne la Promotion de Actions Café et Development Integras Cooperative) In the Lake Kivu region of Eastern Congo. The cooperative has approximately 5600 members and apparently has achieved its objectives of trade fair and also ending in the possible civil wars and rebellions in the area.
The Democratic Republic of Congo and has established itself as a supplier of specialty coffees with the help of cooperatives as Sopagdi

The beans has gently sweet flavors of red apple, and wet aroma of roasted nut and dark chocolate. brown sugar finished.
The acidity is gently bright, delicately rich, floral vanilla aroma in cup.
