Coffee from Colombia is 100% Arabica coffee produced in coffee growing regions of Colombia, in specific ranges of altitude that can exceed 2,000 metres above sea level. The term coffee from Colombia is also a United States registered mark. Also was recognized officially by the European Union.
Hacienda La Amistad in Costa Rica is located in Canton Coto Brus, almost on the border between Panama and Costa Rica. It has an approximate height of 1200 meters and produces an organic strictly hard bean.
Coto Brus is the canton of the province of Puntarenas, Costa Rica and one of the cantons that make up the Brunca Region. Coto Brus is in an hour of the area of volcano Bambito.
Roberto Montero, the owner is the third generation of coffee growers. He has inherited this business from his grandfather who started this business in the distant 1889.
Costa Rica coffee is clean andvery well balanced as is typical of the coffees that come from this region. The cup notes are dark chocolate to caramel.
The body ei medium with lemon acidity and rich pleasant aroma.
This Strictly High Grown beans are average, perhaps a little small and very dense.
